Rooms

All the aforementioned rates are net of tax and service charge and applicable to single, twin/or double occupancy;
Third person or extra bed will be charged at Php360.00/per day;
Room rate is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) and extra meal will be charged;
Children max of two (2), age twelve (12) years old and below are free of charge if sharing room with adults;
Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 PM unless guaranteed payment is arranged;
Request the guest to sign the Long Staying Agreement prior or upon check-in;
Check-out time is 12NN, Check-in time is before 12NN subject to room availability;
Late check-out up to 4pm shall be charged fifty percent (50%) of published room rate, after which full rate shall apply;
Extension of stay not pre-arranged are subject to room availability;
Above rates quoted in PESO and for US Dollar payments, conversion is based on the current Hotel Prevailing Selling / Billing Rate;
The hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any given time at least 10 to 15 days notices prior to validity of new rates due to economic reasons or other cause beyond its control.
